I’m happy to announce that my short story, “Karma and Santayana” was selected by Riversong Books for their volume of best short stories of the year. My submission, “Prep Work” was included in 2022. Honestly, I thought being included a second year was a long shot so I feel especially honored.
“Karma and Santayana” concerns the impending retirement of an embittered history teacher as he reflects about his career in the classroom.
