Hello All! Been sooooo loooong since I posted , you may have given up on me. Don’t despair! I’m trying to pull it all back together.
My Current read is No. 60 (yes, that’s correct!) in the Eve Dallas series by JD Robb. I’ve not read one in ages and cannot give the total of those I have; let’s just say many. Robb also writes under the name Nora Roberts but those books are a bit too mushy for me. I’m just not into romance fiction — unless it includes a full element of comedy. Give me a futuristic cop-with-an-attitude murder mystery any day.
About my WIP … I am out of the blinding, blazing AZ heat for a few weeks and will be able to avoid the brain and motivation melt I’ve encountered over past summers. I plan to devote time to dusting off my memoir and finishing the end by including more reflection, as was suggested by my beta readers.
In case I haven’t mentioned before, the memoir is a deeply emotional review of my high school years following the loss of both my parents during the prior year. It has been a rough undertaking at times, other moments ripe with sweet and amusing memories.
I’ll try to do a better job of keeping you all in the loop.
